At Franzi Deconstruction & Demolition, our mission is to carefully reduce or completely eliminate waste on our projects. Typically, demolition and construction debris account for 15-30% (in some places as high as 40%) of solid waste that goes into municipal landfills. Current research indicates that potentially 90% of this waste could be reused or recycled. Franzi Deconstruction & Demolition believe 99% of this material could be salvaged, reused or recycled.

Rather than degrading the surrounding environment, carefully planned development can actually enhance the community. It is important to protect our watershed, natural resources and agricultural areas and to be especially vigilant about erosion control and pollution prevention.
